At On Ya Apparel, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
